SirCreation was created by Jose Mendoza in 2005 mergin the DiCreation (2004), ServiSitio (2003) and other projects/researches.

Jose Mendoza was born in Caracas, Venezuela, he went to the University College of Caracas where he obtained a Higher University Technician degree in Computer Science in 2011.

As of 2017, SirCreation began operations in Illinois, USA where it currently operates.

SirCreation researches and develops technological solutions based on information management, databases, artificial intelligence, renewable energies, among others.
